Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spletmarket s.p.. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship all items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday, unless it is a holiday. In general, please add 1-3 business days to allow for processing time.

Processing Time refers to the order processing time (the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping) and transit time (the amount of time it takes your order to leave our store and arrive at the Postal Service.) Our processing time typically takes 1-3 days, however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hours and some may take up to 5 business days. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Our transit time is within 24 hours after your order is packaged and ready to be shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and anticipate a longer processing time, you will be contacted via the email address or the phone number provided in your order. (Orders may take longer when we are “in season”, ie March through July.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items weighing up to 2 kg are shipped via First Class Mail, with an estimated delivery date of 10-25 business days. Most items like slovenian beehive, weighing over 2 kg are shipped via Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery date of 5-10 business days.

Additional Information

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please contact us as soon as possible. (Please check your spam and trash folders, also.) If you have not received the order confirmation email, then you will not receive the email with your shipping notification and tracking information.

Orders are only gathered and shipped on weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive your order anywhere from 2-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
