📦 Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spletmarket s.p.. Below you can find the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

🕒 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Some orders may ship the same day, others may take up to 5 business days (especially during the busy beekeeping season: March–July).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Estimates

• Small parcels (up to 2 kg) → shipped by Standard / First Class Mail. Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days.

• Large items (over 2 kg, e.g. Slovenian beehives) → shipped by Priority Mail or courier service. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

• USA Customers → Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price already includes all import costs. Beehives are classified as duty free (HTS 4421999880) – no extra charges upon delivery.

• EU Customers → Orders ship directly from Slovenia (EU). No customs duties or import taxes within the EU.

• Other Countries (outside EU & USA) → Import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

📩 Order Confirmation & Tracking

• After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

• If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

• Without confirmation, you will not receive shipping and tracking updates – if this happens, please contact us immediately.

• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
