🕒 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During the busy beekeeping season (March–July), processing may take up to 5 business days due to increased demand.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or during weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Small parcels (up to 2 kg)
Shipped via Standard / First Class Mail
Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days
Large items (over 2 kg, e.g. Slovenian beehives)
Shipped via Priority Mail or courier service
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier services.
🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
🇪🇺 European Union (EU)
Orders ship directly from Slovenia (EU) and move freely within the EU single market.
🌍 International Orders (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries)
Shipments are sent internationally from Slovenia. Buyers may be responsible for local import duties, VAT, or taxes depending on the regulations of their destination country.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not see the confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
Without confirmation, you may not receive tracking updates — if this happens, please contact us.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
